GGD Series AC Distribution Cabinet Power Switchgear  Description

GGD type fixed enclosed low-voltage switchgear is suitable for the power station, substation, industrial and mining enterprises and other power users. AC 50/60 Hz, rated working voltage to 660V, rated working current to 3150A. As power conversion, distribution and control for power, lighting and distribution equipment in a 50kA power distribution system.

GGD Series AC Distribution Cabinet Power Switchgear Installation and service

After the product is sent to the delivery place, it should be inspected first for its intact package and the concerning department should be informed to for its reason if any problem is found. For the product that will not be installed in time, it should be put to the suitable place according to the normal stipulation.

• The product should be installed according to the diagram and the basic groove and bolts shall be prepared by the customer. The joint surface shall be repaired even and kept clean for the installation of busbars wiping with Vaseline or other measurement. Then, tightening shall be done by bolt.
• After the product is installed, inspection and test shall be carried out as the following:

1. Check if the painting of cabinet is off and its inside is dry or clean.
2. Check the operation mechanism of electrical element is flexible or not, without block or no by too much force to operate.
3. If the breaking of main devices are reliable or accuracy and the breaking of auxiliary contact are reliable or accuracy.
4. If the indication of instrument, ratio and polarity of instrument transformer is correct.
5. If the connection of busbar is good, and its insulation support , other pieces and fittings are installed well.
6. If the auxiliary contact is conformity to the requirement and if selection of type of fuser is correct. If the set value of the relay is conformity to the requirement of design and action is accuracy.
7. If the connection point is conformity to the requirement of electrical principle diagram.
8. If the protection circuit system is conformity to the requirement.

• The insulation resistance shall be not less than 1 Meg ohm by the Ohmmeter of 500V Meg ohm.
• Notice:

1. The product can not be installed back to the wall and can be operated in single side (front side). Only by the specialized and qualified person after the examination that operation, maintenance and inspection can be done.
2. The resistance of air circuit breaker will be increased after closing and opening for many times due to the partial burning of main contact with charcoal occurred. So the regular maintenance and inspection shall be done according to the operation instruction.
